How can you not do a single push up OP? Even when I was at my fattest and most out of shape I could do them.

If you are serious, then do girl push ups or do negatives until you can manage to do one.

Heres what I did to improve my push ups.
If you cant even do one normally, get in the press up position but on your knees, with your knees as far back as possible. Then lean forward and try as many as you can. The following works for both normal and 'assisted' push ups (the ones on your knees):
Day 1:
10 push ups in 1 set, then another 10 in own time

When thats comfortable:
20 in 1 set, match it in own time

When thats comfortable
30 and 30

And so on until youre doing sets of 50+ and matching it

Help me anons, and for god sake no splurging nonsense....
my penis is semi dead, its been sometime and it barely moves even when I'm with some attractive cute girl,

How many calories a day do i have to take to lose weight?

Weigh loss is mostly diet so it shouldn't be hard that you don't have all the time in the world,just get out when you have free time instead of sitting infront of your TV,PC or whatever

Guys, I have a shameful problem ...But I need your advice.

How do you contain your erections while in the gym?! I live in a highly touristic area and now that summer and heat are approaching, women are going full slut mode... To put it lightly. No joke, it gets worse by the year, some of them manage to show more skin that if they were at the fucking beach; half the workout is focusing on something else than jiggly sweaty sexy ass.

I've been taking my training seriously for a long time now, and I feel like I've become a testosterone machine. Jerking off before a session doesn't help, once I start lifting I crave for more and more and more, which is good in itself, except when my dick decides to go berserk mode.

For now, the social pressure is doing its job, but I fear the day it won't. What to do?

I already got that figured out. I got unlucky yesterday because i had to SIGN UP first and they weren't there, I would have been able to work out if I already had the membership.
Then I wake up today and I feel like HORSESHIT, I'm fucking sick and sleep deprived. I don't know if I should still lift in this condition and try to rest better after. I don't wanna delay going to the gym AGAIN.
