Ran SL until intermediate. Now on MadCow though likely to switch to Texas Method. Do a lot of bb type accessories. Tho they're mainly upper body and the only leg ones are occasional front squats, leg extensions, leg press, & calf raises.
Eat at maintainance about 2800 to 3000 cals per week. Pretty balanced fats/proteins/carbs and 1g protein per lb of bodyweight.

I've recently noticed how detached my consciousness from my physical body: often I can't quite control what I do. This manifests in bad habits, such as not eating enough, masturbating, oversleeping etc. This morning I actually decided to test how strong my self-control is. I woke up very early and tried to keep my eyes open. It was very hard, I badly wanted to fall asleep. Even keeping them open for just a few seconds was really hard, but I kept repeating to myself: "It's my body, I decide what it does!". It didn't take long before I was asleep again... That's when I realized I have virtually no willpower. How do I improve it? One thing that really helps is meditating. I currently use headspace dot com, helps clear the mind a lot. But how do I improve willpower and self-control?
