Anyone here on /fit/ have any tips about ostarine mk-2866 ? Is this a meme or does this shit actually work ?
what kind of pct should I run if any ?
>pic related
>>40611849
Yes, SARMs work. However, depends what your goals are and how you dose/ what you take with it. Best to get the liquid versions however.
Have taken s4 and currently taking mk-677 (not technically a SARM)
>>40611878
Did you take a pct like clomid or anything ?
I took that exact one for 30 days, what do you want to know
Be honest, how many of you guys are losers, or NEETs.
Sometimes I just come here because I honestly don't have any friends; I think I just vent out my frustration here and blame niggers and Jews for things because it's fun and makes me feel better about myself.
Most of the gamers I play with always yell nigger and Jews, and when I look at their Steam profiles they usually have 100+ weekly hours, me included.
I don't have a job, I pretty much just browse here and cycle between four different games. When I lose I always call the opposing team a nigger or a faggot or something offensive, and it got me thinking about how I always made fun of blacks for living off welfare when I live under my parents.
I've never really put thought into this, but am I the only one here like this? Is the redpill just cynicism, not any real truth?
I'm so fucking pathetic, this place is the only place that makes me feel like I have a voice in the world. I tried Reddit once but then I couldn't hold an argument and resorted to name calling, but here our Id's are reset per thread so I could just post anything without repurcussions.
I don't know, but honestly, is anyone here successful, so I know I'm not backing up an ideal consisting of a bunch of failures. Like proof that you go to a good school or a good job, it would make me feel a lot better about myself, I'm having an epiphany

Its just you against you
i have a gf and 100k/yr job but still a loser at heart with no friends
>26
>no higher education
>job with semi shit pay, but at least it feels somewhat rewarding as my position can't be filled by any of my coworkers
>somewhat okay home gym and gaming pc
>tfwnogf
lately I've been feeling burned out at work and going there seems more like a chore than ever.
have played a handful of hours these past months and the only thing that keeps me going really is lifting which doesn't really give much results. problems with cal intake consistency.
spend most of the time I'm not at work sleeping because of depression probably.
sometimes I feel just so fucking alone.
Is /fit/ perpetually hungray?
>be me and my wife
>we decide to start eating healthy about 10 months ago
>I am currently eating 500cal below my TDEE and she is eating her TDEE
>I am normally slightly hungry throughout the day
>she says the same is true for her
What about /fit/?
>>40611699
Yeah, pretty much. Food is an addiction. When I'm cutting I feel a pretty much perpetual slight hunger. Could down 4 slices of pieces at any time, if offered.
You have to learn to ignore it. Drink more water. Mentally, I tell myself that that slight hunger means I'm losing fat. It tends to help

>tfw finally hitting 3 pl8 deadlift after struggling to lift .5 pl8 at the start
I know it's still DYEL weight but I'm pretty happy with this.
Please share your good feels /fit/
Sorry man, I don't have anything good to post right now, but I might be losing a crucial part of my life, and it might be time to stop the pain...
I fucked up pretty badly in these past two weeks, and it might cause me my lively hood and I'm not sure what I will be able to do
I used to be a truly fat fuck. 6'1, 310. Couldnt even do a pushup or run half a mile. Now I'm 6'2, 240 and want to drop say 20 more pounds. It took me about a year to drop all that weight by eating smaller and lifting things up and down and all around.

What's wrong, anon?
what's the best work out for traps if i'm going for an aesthetic look?
>>40611545
Heavy ass high bar squats without pussy pad
>>40611545
If you're going for the trap look, I hear lots of soy and cardio works

I read the sticky and I am interesting in doing something like Rippetoe's Starting Strength.
A Link for those that don't know it by heart:

Unfortunately, the Gym I have access to doesn't have barbells but it does have dumbells. Is there something I should do to the dumbell-equivalent excercises to optimize them for the equipment I have? Is there anything I should keep in mind when using dumbells instead of barbells?
I understand barbells are superior for newbies(at least the sticky claims they are) but I am trying to do the best with what I have.
I'm having good results with just dumbbells and a pull up bar. You should check out scooby's workshop.

Kek.
Set up some dip bars and a pull up bar. Do dips, pull ups, and chin ups.
im still making strength and size gains while cutting (500 deficit/high protein) and working out 6x a week (ABCABCx but sometimes i skip my rest day lulz) all while being natty
is this weird? i feel pretty high T desu
>>40611165
>[Post a Reply]
It's only a matter of time until you get hurt, telling you from experience. Doesn't even matter if you lift "properly".
I used to work out 6 times a week and was going through a cut while making gains then I strained a tendon in my forearm. Kept working out on it and now I've been out of the gym since October 2016.
>>40611165
also
A: chest, tris, shoulders
B: back, bis
C: legs, core
lifts:
Bench: 205lbs x 5
Squat: 225 x 5
Deadlift: 265 x 5
Pullups: weighted 50lbs x 5
OHP: 135 x 5
i feel like ever since my breakup when i stopped eating and my hormones probably crashed, i bounced back strong af (stronger than i was before) and im making mad gains idk its weird
>>40611177
Don't listen to this guy, just listen to your body. If you are feeling sluggish with your lifts take a day off and maybe even deload for 3 days of the workout (I'm assuming you're doing a PPL).
Hello guys. I've come to the terrible realization im just a loser. And I don't know how to fix myself.
>Im a kissless virgin at 22
>Watch cuckold porn unironically everyday
>Still live with my parents, simply because they feel bad so they don't kick me out
>Not good at a single thing in the world
>Have spent 5 hours average on 4chan per day for the last 3 years
>No friends
>Never had a gf
>Not even fit despite being on /fit/ for so long
I know this is starting to look like a blogpost deserving to be on tumblr but I'm just losing hope. It was fun at first but now I'm realizing I'm becoming the person Ive never wanted to be.
I don't want to watch cuckold porn anymore.
I don't want to be a virgin anymore.
I don't want to be unemployed anymore.
please help
learn an instrument, join a band, bathe in pussy. Easiest instrument is the bass
stop watching porn.
There's no shortuct for this, just simply stop doing it.
Lift harder and eat better. Eat less if you want to lose weight and eat more to gain weight.
well the obvious solutions is
a) get a full time job anywhere you can(but preferably something nice)
b) move out whenever its a financial option for you
c) maybe get education if you haven't already had any, perhaps at a community college for a quick degree to give you career options
d) arrange to have someone take your computer for a while so you cant use it(this one is questionable at best but still)
e) maybe once you get some social experience at work check out a bar or a brewery or restaurant you like and be a regular there and see if you can make either friends or find a girl
these are 100% up to you and noone on this internet icefishing forum can make you do it, if you really want this you are going to have to do it yourself, so take the initiative or be a greasy autistic frog poster forever
It's been fun but I am basically fucked
new expenses mean I can only afford to live on rice/beans p much indefinitely
RIP gains
I only eat nuts/oats, and protein powder.
I'm also on a cut so it works.
Poverty is great for cutting. If anything I'm happy I can make my little food last so much longer.
I only eat rice and protein powder.
Cheapest macros out there.
Since we're in the same boat I'll give you a quick rundown of poverty tips
>Steal McDonald's napkins for free toilet paper
>Steal toilet paper from public locations
>Free showers at public gyms
>Local hotels for free breakfast [dress clean and come off the elevator acting like you know what you're doing. Many don't card you. Rotate hotels]
>You can sneak into movie theaters because they never check tickets. Just sit in unpopular seats and don't go to new releases
>>40611100
I can basically afford the following:
> rice
> lentils
> spices
> butter
> milk
> bananas
/lit/ I am taking a course on the novels and plays of Cormac McCarthy. Our final paper/presentation topic is pretty open, so my intent right now is to situate BM and the Border Trilogy within a broader canon of revisionist or anti-westerns. I'm wondering if any of you know of any Westerns that seem to bear directly on McCarthy's treatment of the myth of the West. (You don't need to tell me how, I plan on reading them).
This is what I've already compiled. But aside from Warlock and the films I have not read these yet
books:
>Warlock
>Butcher's Crossing
>Lonesome Dove
>The Virginian
>Riders of the Purple Sage
>True Grit
films:
>Unforgiven
>Dead Man
>Peckinpah

So I was so worried about my non dominant arm being weaker than my dominant one that I began working it out slightly more than my dominant one. Now my non dominant arm is slightly stronger than my dominant: what do?

Thanks senpai. I feel like if I work out my dominant one slightly more, I'll be trapped in a loop, but if I don't I'll stay with my non dominant one being stronger.
HELP ME
I HAVE A STRONG WILL TO ACHIEVE 20 PULL UPS WITH GOOD FORM AND I'VE BEEN WORKING TOWARDS THE GOAL BUT PROGRESS HAS BEEN SO FUCKING SLOW, I'VE BEEN DOING THE ARMSTRONG PULL UP PROGRAM FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS NEVER SKIPPING A SINGLE WORKOUT DAY AND MY PULL UPS ONLY INCREASED BY 1 REP. WHEN I STARTED I WAS ABLE TO DO 11 PULL UPS NOW I CAN DO 12 ALMOST 13 IN ONE SET . I AM 6'1 180 LBS WHY IS PROGRESS SO SLOW REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE IF I LOSE WEIGHT WILL MY PULL UPS INCREASE OR WILL I GET WEAKER HELP HELP HELP HELP
>>40610451
Pull ups are an athletic movement, so progress is slow, deal with it
It isn't something done for egolifting like deadlifts or squats where you can do higher numbers easily just getting more fatter or eating more, pull ups require fine tuning, muscular balance and perfect technique, and really good scapula muscle-mind connection
That being said, you could try with weighted pull ups for a time if you have been stalling, and then going back with bodyweight
You could do a max effort day with weighted pull ups (working to a top set of 3 reps) then several exercises that help with your pull up (typewritters, australian rows, whatever)
A dynamic effort day to recover from the max effort day, with bodyweight pull ups done explosively for 2-3 reps for 12 sets
And a Volume day with bodyweight or weighted pull ups in a 10x10 fashion or something like that
Monday Wed Friday
>>40610451
>IF I LOSE WEIGHT WILL MY PULL UPS INCREASE OR WILL I GET WEAKER HELP HELP HELP HELP
if you keep doing pull-ups while losing overall weight they'll shoot up you'll feel light as a feather, it's ridiculous. Talking from experience.
>>40610512
>10 x 10
that's not happening after a max effort set of 12 reps i get a pump and the next set i end up doing 5 reps maybe 6 if i'm feeling good. i've read that doing weighted pull ups will make you better at weighted pull ups and doesn't really correlate to high rep bodyweight pull ups which demand a lot of endurance.
Thoughts?
>>40610307
not really needed at all, you overall probably wont the difference with or without it desu.
i also wanna know about this, i keep hearing differing things....
Stop making shit complicated. It's one of the most studied and beneficial supplements out there.
Buy it and take 5gs daily.
