is it okay if my workouts take 90-120 minutes. I've been watching those AthleanX youtube videos and Jeff keeps harping on over-training and how anything over like 45 minutes is bad.

I take a full day of rest in-between, but the workout just takes longer than 45 minutes. Am I an idiot?

I would aim not to go over an hour and a half but only really because if you can go longer than that you arent going hard enough.

You shouldnt work the same muscle groups only a day apart, i think doing the same twice a week should be the max really.

So i study everyday [mech eng], and live with my parents, so i finish very late and can't use my elliptical, cause it would wake them up.

I'm 172cm [ 5.64 ft.], and used to weigh around 69kg to 71kg.

However, recently with the lack of time to move, ive been trying to eat healthy [ thai express general thai or fish and rice ].

does anyone have any advice.

all this fat is going to my legs and ass im 73-75 kg.

any advice ?

I dont know about your gym but at mine they seem worthless as fuck. They are all slightly in shape but nothing special and do autistic workouts. Never have I seen them attempting to teach a client (or do for themselves) bench, squat, or deadlift. They always get out like a million dumbells and hippy ass stuff like resistance bands and agility cones. And they never do a simple workout its always a very complicated super set of shit ive never seen that looks like it could be done with simple movements easily. Pisses me off and I feel bad for the people that pay for them who have potential to be fit only to be wasted, just watch a damn youtube video and you will learn more.

Was doing OHP and sudden felt an acute pain in my lower back and it still hurts a bit, how fucked am I? Tried to deadlift and just couldn't, hurt as shit. Holy fuck, hope I didn't injury myself. I got too much weight on the OHP.
