i need some advice
im 200kg im 25 yos
2 months ago i quit smoking and sodas in preparation for this
i got a spinning bike i have ritalin and Redotex drugs
so my plan is to do 1 hour bike a day and take them drugs
my question is what should i eat?
i was thinking protein shake in the morning
healthy meal mid day
and light dinner?

My friend, I was in the same shoes as you.. 210kg, now I am 170.
Started with long walks, then biking and then cardio for about a year and now I am on weights for about a year.
My only advice is to take it slow and easy if you do not have weight related illness. Your body has to adapt to physical activity first. And like I said, its going to be a difficult and slow road.

Is it better to lose weight and then bulk up or try and build muscle and burn fat at the same time?

5 foot 10 and 240 lbs in November. Currently 209. Was going to gym and dieting, lifting and running. I hurt my back this past month at work so stuck to dieting and I lost weight a lot faster.

I was hoping to build muscle so when I burned my fat I didn't look like a little bitch. What's the best course of action? Is what I want even doable for a newbie?
