well the obvious solutions is

a) get a full time job anywhere you can(but preferably something nice)
b) move out whenever its a financial option for you
c) maybe get education if you haven't already had any, perhaps at a community college for a quick degree to give you career options
d) arrange to have someone take your computer for a while so you cant use it(this one is questionable at best but still)
e) maybe once you get some social experience at work check out a bar or a brewery or restaurant you like and be a regular there and see if you can make either friends or find a girl

these are 100% up to you and noone on this internet icefishing forum can make you do it, if you really want this you are going to have to do it yourself, so take the initiative or be a greasy autistic frog poster forever

When I found a gym to train at I just looked up "best judo clubs sydney" and found a place from there. Most places let you do a free intro class anyway if they're worth their salt so if you don't like them or for some reason it doesn't work for you then you can just find another place and do the same thing until you find one you like. Ez pz.

Just leave your comfort zone. Easier said than done, I know, but you gotta do it to succeed.

Go to school, take something that will push you to your absolute limit, be it stem or business or a science, whatever. Now pair it semesterly with a language or humanities course. The humanities class will hopefully (unless it is taught by an absolute idealogue marxist/feminist/postmodernist etc.) introduce you to culture that is free of intense sperg qualities, and hopefully sit you in proximity to some qts. The language course will loosen your anglo autist qualities by making you properly roll r's and say funny things in german or greek or whatever. All the while you will work steady and gym in the morning. This will give you the disposable income to eventually invest and enough to go out.
Now join a club,
Canada doesn't really have a frat culture so you lucked out. Make it the history student's association or the philosophy club or the economic club, somewhere where the memes are half decent so you don't get bored.

Even if you follow what i'm saying halfway you will atleast have accidently brushed arms with a qt in intro to spanish culture.
