As someone who does airsoft in a gas mask, i can tell you that all it teavhes you is to control your running speed and your breathing. Getting oit of breath in a gas mask is the worst as it restricts your breathing.
SHTF foods are usually calorie dense so its just a bulk. Lack of fibre or vitamins could be an issue.
MREs are basically SHTF food and that's all I ate on a deployment to Afghanistan while patrolling 8-12 hours a day every day. Lost all my gains there but came back shredded as fuuuuk my dude

I want to reach ottermode. I don't care about being called dyel, it's actually a good thing imo because I can pretend not to lift while having a good-looking body. If it's too obvious that you're lifting, somme people will think you're insecure and overcompensating for something.

I work at GNC, and I get several people who come in and tell me that they've been losing weight because of the fat burners. It's not no meme, you just don't believe.
Anons I am sick as fuck, almost didn't have the energy to open this up.
I've passed out multiple times, I can barely walk and I've become weak as shit so obviously I can't go to the gym (it appears I can only do a few pullups in my home).
Unfortunately I feel sick whenever eating something, and normally I just don't eat anything when I'm sick (for 1-2 weeks, not skelly, my bf% is like 20)
My question is; how much of my gains will be gone in a week or will it start eating from my fat, what about 2?

415 lb deadlift at age 23 is no big deal. At age 33, it's REALLY hard on the body. Ten years makes a big difference.
I love powerlifting, but I've switched to a low weight / high rep plan, exactly for this reason.
I know my chest is somewhat small. But I can bench 2pl8 fine. Best feature is vein in bicep. And go.

Pretty easy for me since I live on base and can basically get as much food as I want at the chow hall. I easily eat 4K-5k calories per day. I'd imagine it would be very expensive to do this buying your own food though. I would probably supplement a lot of my meals with a protein shake made with whole milk. I would probably also eat a lot of cheap/dense foods like oats, rice, potatos etc. You can buy a shit ton of rice for real cheap.
Getting them protons is gonna be difficult, what're your macros?
