Oh, hmm. Well, unfortunately you won't be able to defend them all either. I don't think it would really be abandoning them, if anything you'd be setting down roots to help everybody else get out eventually instead of resigning yourself to everyone being stuck there forever. It's way, way easier to get out of a country if you have family in the country you're going to.
But for defending yourself, knowing how to fight is more important than raw strength desu. And knowing how to use a weapon is more important than that.

1. You're massively tricep/shoulder dominant and it shows in a shit bench
2. Your bench form is seriously inefficient compared to your incline form.

I guess I am shoulder/tricep dominate but on dumbbells my flat is stronger than my incline. When I do flat my shoulders fuckin ache just going half way down with 155 yet it feels smooth going 185 down to chest on incline.

right, carbs in general are unnecessary in the human diet. The only reason we consume them is because they are very common in the foods that we eat nowadays. However, I highly recommend that anyone reading this start weening off of carbs and moving into a pure diet of fats and proteins. This kind of diet is not only healthier, but it also provides just what the body needs if you work out. What I recommend is eating 1 chicken a day (with it's eggs), quarter cup of olive oil, and some gummy fibers if you are concerned about fiber in your diet. I have been on this diet for about the last 9 months and I have seen incredible results in terms of my muscle mass and energy levels.

How bad am I gimping my gains if I only eat, say, half of that per day? Do I lose 50% of my gains or is it like a diminishing returns thing where I only lose a tiny bit of gains?
