does anyone know any effective exercises if you have no equipment? i'm not trying to get hella buff, like a body builder, but i just want to look good ffs. i.e. increase pex size, abs, biceps/triceps, etc.

no idea what your starting point is, but based on your question, probably pretty basic. you're underestimating the amount of work involved in building muscle size and looking like that, especially if you dont use any equipment.

Hi /fit/

This will be my first post on this site.

I've noticed alot of negative effects on my body the past few months, and just now taken it serious.

I think might have to much estrogen in my body.

- Man boobs have started growing

- My dick is not as hard as it used to be

- Sex-drive is down

- I have very low energy levels

- I have gained around 10 kg's (22 lbs)

I have just started to get my fatass back to working out, and have been following a program the past few weeks.

My question is, have do i revert the damage (if it is possible) i have done to my body? I want my hard dick back and sex drive up and the man boobs gone.

Will working out and losing weight get my testosterone ?

yeah. at some point my body looked really stiff and that's when i started doing research on what stretches to do. i do 10 mins of dynamic streches before and 20 mins if static after.
i hate it and it's really boring but you should do it if you dont want to hurt yourself in the long run.

Hey /fit/, I haven't been here in forever and I need help. I have the dumbest back, I just can't get that shit straight while sitting up (pic related).
How do I stretch that?
I have the feeling, that whenever I bend, I bend at the lower back and not at my hips, if that makes sense.
Any ideas on what I could do?

Your hamstrings- and glutes are probably right.. they need to be looser/stronger so that you can bend at the hip. Your core shouldn't really bend.
