I weigh 270lbs, and I want to cut down 100-110lbs. Sticky says building muscle is the most efficient way to lose weight. And if I need to comsume around 270 grams of protein to build any muscle, how the fuck am I supposed to lose weight? Wouldn't consuming that much cause me to be consuming more calories than I burn? Sorry if I sound like a huge retard, but I'm genuinely confused on how this is supposed to work?

It's 1g protein per pound of lean weight weight. Using your bodyfat percentage, remove the weight of your bodyfat to get your lean body mass and set macros accordingly.
ex:
270lbs
30% body fat
81 lbs of fat; 189lbs of lbm --> 189g protein/day

So I just turned 18 a couple of weeks ago and want to get /fit/. I've always been skinny and weak and want to feel stronger physically. How should I go about achieving this without going to the gym and buying equipment? I'm too poor to afford it and don't have anywhere closeby I can get to easily. I was thinking about starting off by running for an hour twice a week but I'm not sure if this would do anything.

Hell fucking no. That shit has like 650 calories per 100g. By comparison fucking chocolate has like 530 calories per 100g. You would literally be better off eating chocolate instead of peanut butter.

Not mentioning health, because it wasn't asked. but from a pure cutting perspective neither pb nor chocolate are good "snacks" for cutting. Stay with fruits and better yet veggies. Mushrooms are also ultra low in calories per volume.

I reached 100 kg 3x5 in squats and I decided to start using a belt as I really feel better lifting with it

I dont use the belt in my warm up sets

Stop being such an autist, you use a belt when you feel your abdomen and lower back need support for this much weight. It has consequences if you lift only with it, so try to keep some working sets in there where you don't use it. For instance I only use it for my last set when i'm going for highest weight.

When someone does this in my gym I publicly shame them. If it's equipment I'm not using I just make them re rack the weight. If it's something I am about to use I interrupt their set and drop all the weights in front of them and tell them to sort it out. Most of them start racking weights after that, but there were a few who just never came back to the gym. So not re racking is either beta or extremely beta.
