How do I make creatine taste bearable?

I bought 0.5 kg (around a pound) bag. I thought lemon flavouring would make it nice, but it doesn't kill the taste of this vile shit at all. I get nauseous just by thinking about having to drink it. I get nauseous for two fucking hours after drinking it. I'm halfway through the bag of this ungodly stuff and I feel like flushing it down the toilet and getting pills instead.

Is there any trick that I don't know of?

There's lots of information on /fit/ about maxing your test levels but not much about maxing your HGH or IGF-1 levels. ITT post PROVEN ways to boost your HGH and IGF-1 levels:
>sleep AT LEAST 8 hours every night and nap as much as you can
>keep your surroundings as dark as possible
>listen to techno and classical music
>intermittent fasting
>lose bodyfat
>shorter rest between sets
>high dairy, fish, red meat, cinnamon, fibre, magnesium, vitamin d and vitamin c intake
>low alcohol, carbohydrate, lycoprine, boron and legume intake
>colostrum
>melatonin
>somatostatin inhibitors (eg huperzine-a, l-dopa and l-lysine)
>growth hormone secretagogues (eg MK-677, GHRPs, GHRHs, ipamorelin, examorelin and CJC-1295)
>exogenous HGH
>exogenous IGF-1
Anything I've missed out? And before someone spouts out the "HGH gut" meme, that only occurs in people using extremely high doses of pharmaceutical grade HGH and IGF-1 and only alongside insulin which is what actually triggers its growth. A more accurate name would be "slin gut".

I'm not sure if I missed it but leucine will increase gh as well as greater protein intake in general.

It only 'kills gains' if you are at a caloric deficit with the cardio factored in. I run or do some other form of cardio every 2 days and it hasn't stopped me from making gains. Every day may be a bit much but doing lighter runs in between every other day in between your longer ones isn't a bad idea. I would still take at least 1 or 2 days off a week with no cardio though.

/fit/, I'm starting to great really worried.

Lately, I am noticing that my energy levels and my mood are wayyyyy too fucking closely related to food intake to be coincidental.

When I haven't eaten for a bit, I get very easily depressed and angry, and I feel lethargic. And when I eat, I feel fantastic, I smile at everyone like a fucking retard, I get homework done quickly, etc.

What is this? Am I prediabetic? Or is this psychological and I totally have bipolar disorder?

I had/have a similar problem, had full blood test done with a doctor, everything, even testosterone was perfect. not diabetic, nothing.

still not sure, but doing 16:8 IF takes care of it.

I work on a farm. That's all the exercise I do. I'm outdoors all day with horses and shit. Hauling a hay cart uphill all day gave me amazon legs and my biceps are pretty decent for someone who doesn't lift. I used to work desk jobs in media. It made me fat and depressed. The outdoors is good for body and soul.

I work in a warehouse but have a part time job doing lawn work. Get all that fresh air and vitamin D for free. Nobody to bother you and being always active keeps the bodyfat at bay. Blisters are cunts though.

I did notice fat loss and muscle gain as a beginner. My weight kept going down but my pecs and back and legs noticably grew in size.

Not sure how effective it is when your body is already adapted to the stimuli.
