So a couple years ago (2014) I got a good paying job and was eating junk food after work every day because I could afford it. I went from like 140 to 175 in a few months. I have stopped eating junk food since then. Haven't even been to a fast food restaurant in years. I also gave up on meat a couple weeks ago and I was going for walks everyday for 6 months but I'm still 175lbs, wtf? What am I doing wrong? My diet isn't even that high in calories and I still have some visceral fat that won't go away and it's driving me crazy.

Bowl of high-protein oatmeal in the morning
Some pasta and vegetables for lunch
Potatoes, tofu and veggies for lunch
In between I might have a tofu sandwich with mayo too. And then I walk like 3 times a week now. I have a heart problem that makes actual exercise very difficult.

My friends made fun of me my junior year of high school (Secondary) because i was fat. I worked out until i was 19 (4 years ago) and got pretty big (190 23% body fat to 210 12% body fat). Motivation? To kick my friends ass because he called me fat everyday for 2 years, which happened 2 months after i reached my goal. Feels good man.

Hey guys. Well, I want to build a home gym. got an olympic barbell and made some plates with a local blacksmith, I'm a building a power rack by my own, got the 2" structural tubes, made some CAD plans and started today.
Well the thing is, I dont know the standar diameter for the J-hook holes, I bought a 1" drill bit, but I dont know if the holes should be small. Any ideas?

Got into a fight with my dad over /fit/

I just went to the gym for basically the first time and I started curling dumbbells and realised I'm incredibly fucking weak, I could barely do 3 sets of 10 reps at 12KGg on each arm and I was super struggling on my 3rd set. But then when I started working on my legs I found I could quite easily do about 60KG on the leg press, is this normal that my arms are weak as shit but my legs seem to be reasonably powerful. Or is 60KG about normal for first time on legs?
I kinda feel like one of those wacky waving inflatable arm flailing tube men right now.

What's your height and weight? A 12kg curl (assuming you mean each arm) actually isn't bad at all for babbys first lift. 60kg leg press is comparatively lower imo

When I lift a case of water I get this line popping up on my forearm. I figure it's a tendon but I wanted to check to see if it was a muscle and any exercises I could do to bulk it. Also any top forearm exercises. I'm mostly curious about the different movements that activate different parts of the forearm.
It's a forearm extensor muscle.
I do reverse curls (like normal curls but you do overhand grip) to work mine.
