I decided to try eating a vegetarian/vegan diet purely for the health benefits.
Turns out damn near everything considered 'healthy' contains insane amounts of phytoestrogens. If you don't know what they are, they are plant estrogen that closely mimic Human estrogen to the point they can bind with receptors in your body. For every study saying they are good for you there's a study saying they're bad. But what contains these phytoestrogens? Fucking everything. Flaxseed is the worst, it contains like 160,000 per serving where as an apple contains around 40. Nuts, wholegrains, beans and seeds are all contain high amounts.
What the fuck am I supposed to eat? I thought I could reduce meat and dairy and replace it with nuts, beans and whole grains, but turns out they're maybe just as bad but in a different way.
Other than eating a 100% raw fruit and vegetable diet I have no idea what to eat on a daily basis and get enough calories/protein. Why is this so hard?

It's not hard, you're just overcomplicating things. In case you haven't picked up on it yet, everything is bad for you in some way, so you eat a balanced diet of different kinds of food to avoid an excess of any one kind of badness. It's that easy.

What do I do from here? I was purely dieting from August to January and I've been lifting weights from late January to Today. I've been doing that to some extent. I'm very aware of my protein intake and I think I hit 120-140 on most days. I haven't gone full keto and I still eat bread, but I've very much tried to cut out added sugar to the extent I can. Right now I'm eating between 1900 (on good days) and 2300 (on bad days), never more than that recently though. I think I have more good days than bad, hard to tell.

Has anyone here ever tried Modafinil? What did it do to help with attention?
I live a semi-hikiki type of lifestyle that makes me just feel too fatigued to do anything and caffeine is the only thing that can get me going.
Problem is that I develop a tolerance to caffeine in no time and the withdrawal symptoms are a living hell. I've read that modafinil is basically like caffeine but generally without the side effects.

Some people have bad sides to modafinil regardless. So like ulcers and shit. Don't take it if you start getting them. A common side is smelly urine and more urination. It's a far stronger diuretic than caffeine. So drink lots of water.
The half life is also massive, so take them well before you want to go to bed but also dose conservatively. You can sleep on them, but you probably won't need to go to bed for 18 hours+ after taking a whole tablet. It can make falling asleep difficult because you won't feel tired in the same way.
Beyond that they're safe, probably safer than caffeine.

I wake up at 5 or 6 in the morning with a coffee and take a pill and 45 minutes I feel like it's mid day and like I have had two good weeks of sleep.
You will get an increased focus all throughout the day without a stimulant like "buzz". It is just pure energy.
Some cons would be that if you lose your focus towards the studies, you can find yourself faping for 3 hours looking for the perfect porn clip or start cataloging your computer folders and stuff like that.
You will also feel a little brunt out the next day.
