I'm currently also looking for other workout routines that don't involve buying weights because I'm a poorfag, but I might get a heavybag because those are useful and maybe I could learn some kind of martial art in the process of getting /fit/?

what kind of movement? Should I focus on cardio or weight lifting kinds of exercises for dropping fat, also should I lose fat BEFORE I try to build muscle, or should I just try and build it at the same time so when it does come off I don't look like a skelly?

That depends on what your goals are. To be honest though, at this point, it doesn't matter. From the way it sounds the main thing you're worried about is being fat/overweight. To solve that, you really only need to focus on the first part of the formula, eating less.

how many of you turds actually work hard in the gym? I swear everytime I go i am the only one drenched in sweat and I am gassed by the end of my workout. All i see are

literally just got finished trimming with pic related. philips norelco 7200. absolute best trimmer I've ever used. it has a vacuum which sucks up about 90% of the hair so there's practically zero cleanup and the battery lasts ages. once the vacuum chamber is full you just pull the guard off and dump it out.

it was like $55 on amazon but totally worth it

also related does anyone here trim leg hair? not like shave it completely, just trim. my legs aren't huge or anything but they're super hairy and I feel like they'd look better for summer if I thinned the hair out. I already trim all my upper body hair off my chest/torso so part of me feels like I should just for congruency

anybody else here isn't actually fit?

Im a chubby guy at best, I wish I could start doing excersise but there are no gyms on my town.

I a few months ago I used to do a little routine of 1 hour with 10kg bells but that's all the excersise I've been doing.

I'm 23 and I wish I could become more fit and stop being a fatso, that's not under my control.

I lift 5 days a week, every week but have trouble maintaining a high calorie diet to maximise gains. I struggle eating the correct amount, so I'm thinking of trying mass gainer to substitute for the low amount of food I ingest. Is this recommended? Also how easy would it be for me to get fat on this stuff?

Hey guys I have genital warts but that's not the fucking problem.
The problem is the only doctor I trust to handle dick related issues is my local family doctor.
She (my doctor) and I started dating pretty recently and we have been sexually active without protection.

Is it normal to start liking men after starting to lift? I started lifting 6 months ago to get fit and after a couple of months I couldn't help but to start to admire other built men on the street, workplace and the changing room. You can change follistatin and myostatin naturally. It would allow hypertrophic growth similar to the heart muscle where the myotubes actually divide.

It seems to increase muscle cell apoptosis when losing weight though.
