I am super skinny, to the point where I have random strangers commenting on my "anorexic" and "disgusting" appearance at least once a day. But I have been battling with depression for a while and my appetite is completely gone.

You guys think GOMAD would help?

Not exactly GOMAD, but currently I drink about 3/4 gallon of milk as part of my bulk as part of my bulk. Since I'll be reaching 20% bf soon and start cutting after, I figured starving of liquid calories would be an easier transition. I'll see how it works out.

I tried it for about a week, the problem is that unlike water, chugging quarts of whole milk at regular intervals makes you feel very full, to the point where you have no appetite and it's hard to eat anything else without getting sick.

I did it a while back, pic related. Went from 135 lbs to 205 lbs at 6'2 over about 2 years, wasn't doing GOMAD the entire time though, just the last half of the second year. Second pic is about a year old now
