Should I start doing it ?

I'm a college student and I'm sick off having to cook fucking 3 times a day in the dorm kitchen for my diet

What's the basic meal prepping 'starting kit' ? A set of food containers and a food scale ?
I got a big rice cooker, so that's one thing I can cook in bulk. For the chicken, I got a friend who puts a big tray of it in the oven. Or I could just cook it on a pan

a scale is helpful but not needed. all you really need is tupperware. i cook 3-4 days of food at a time. cooking a full week is lame because it loses its freshness and you get tired of it by like day 4.

also don't fall for the chicken and rice meme. you can make other things in a dorm kitchen. simple chicken curries, stir fry, oven roasted pork tenderloin, fish, etc. maybe steaks on a cast iron skillet if it won't set off the smoke detector.

depends what race you are no joke.
Whites age faster on average.
For example, my best friend who is white looked like in his 30's while in his late teens (male pattern baldness, wrinkles from the sun/smiling, forehead creases).
Indians (dot headded ones) are similar.
They go from mowgli to balding, saggy director of IT in like 2 years.
I am well into my 30's, full head of jet black hair, nary a wrinkle on my face.

Currently taking:
Protein shake
AMP mens vitapak (thermo)
AMP creatine
Potassium gluconate 99mg
Fish oil 1k mg twice daily
and 200mg caffeine two to three times daily

I'm wondering if I should be adding in BCAA and if it's safe for me to switch from caffeine pills to a preworkout on my lift days while still using thermo?

Also, should I throw glutamine in there somewhere?

Currently 240 looking to get around to 200 so I'm doing a lot of cardio while I slowly bump up my SBD

I'm eating at a deficit and I feel like my energy levels are really lacking.

Here's me today post workout. I'm 5' 10", 181lbs, and 17.7% body fat.

If I cut to 160lbs, will I have abs and not have any fudge tits any more, or do I need to go to like 145-150 before I bulk up a little?

I do a 30 minute run every day which is just over three miles because bitch speed running, and I lift right after my run 6 days a week.
