my gym was closed for 1 month and I had to train at home with some low weight dumbbells. My back "routine" has been 15 sets of dumbbell rows, 15 sets of deadlifts and 10 sets of reverse back flyes. I know it sounds dumb but its low weight yet my back blew the fuck out? why? Like its noticeable through my shirts

Isn't that something similar to the idea of german volume training? Lower weights, not getting till failure and 100 reps.

Guess it depends on the batch you've got but I jumped to 500 on latest one and had the worst sides, felt like I could die. Better to go on 200 for longer, why risk it.

is there a guide for yoga that leads you through progressively harder exercises?
My end goal is to be able to do the splits, but googling that just gives me a variety of exercises that I’m not able to fully execute.
Searching further how to do each of those exercises brings me to easier exercises, but still somewhat hard...
I was just wondering if there’s any guide for beginners, and how to know when to move on the the next (harder) exercise?

Hey /fit/. I'm in a dilemma and I need your help guys. My gf dumped me 1 year ago. Just before she did this, I got really sick, vomited after every meal, had stomach ulcers or something. I was also pretty fucking broke. So, eventually she ended it. I tried nearly all year to get her back indirectly, didn't beg or shit like that, but was deeply friendzoned. 3 months ago I started no contact, just wished her a happy birthday in the meantime with a message.

I want to start working some cardio into my routine, but running/jogging wreck my knees and hips...
Instead of rope I do personalized hiit workouts that involve a lot of jumping.
