I don't know much about working out so here is what I do.
Using machines at gymn
do reps until I can't finish a rep
rest
do another set until I can't finish
Lower the weight 1 or 2 increments
and repeat.
I do about 4 or 5 sets total but at the end I can barely do a much lower weight. Then I change machines.
What are your thoughts on this?
Also how do you workout when your sore?
I will exercise when sore but I don't go as hard. Should you go normal while sore or rest until not sore?

How much does smoking weed affect cardio? I want to start smoking again in moderation after a 4 year break but a lot has changed since then and I'm now competing in BJJ.
