What do I do from here? I was purely dieting from August to January and I've been lifting weights from late January to Today. I know I'm still fat, but I really enjoy lifting weights, but should I focus more on dieting? I still try to eat at a deficit and I'm up 50 pounds on my bench press. I'm just concerned, because ever since I started lifting my actual weight has barely changed. I was 209 in January, and I'm 206 now, but I feel like I've lost a lot of fat and put on muscle. Is that realistic?

High protein, plant based diet with very little sugar.

I've been doing that to some extent. I'm very aware of my protein intake and I think I hit 120-140 on most days. I haven't gone full keto and I still eat bread, but I've very much tried to cut out added sugar to the extent I can. Right now I'm eating between 1900 (on good days) and 2300 (on bad days), never more than that recently though. I think I have more good days than bad, hard to tell.
