So my dog just passed, the black and white one, at 7 1/2 years. He had a seizure after years of being the riley nutjob he was, and it's very sad.
The other dog is already seeming like he knows what's up, he was in the office with us when they bought in the body. What I want to know is how can I help the brown dog readjust to being alone since they've always been together. It's really sad the way you can just tell he knows already.

I am being bullied by the other females at my job including my manager. One of my coworkers will always tell me I'm acting "crazy" if I shake my legs at work (it's an anxiety thing) and mocks me and asks me why I do it, blahblah. Once I licked a tiny bit of peanut butter off my hands after making a customer a smoothie and AFTER handing the smoothie to them and she slapped me on the shoulder and said "Not in front of the customer!!" She has a tendency to constantly "playfully" push and slap me. I do not want to be touched by her. She also constantly coughs in my face without covering her mouth. The other day she was just being downright nasty to me in front of the customers and she generally treats me like I am stupid/below her. My manager isn't any better--she's always saying things like "Oh, you didn't do this paperwork right, maybe this job isn't for you." or "If you hurt yourself, you'll have to find yourself a new job"... I feel like every time I go into work my job is threatened and every tiny mistake I may make will cost me my job. So finally I sent a text to my manager yesterday explaining to her that I'm being bullied by the other coworker girl and I deserve fair and equal treatment. I also said that if my coworker lays a hand on me again, even if it's playfulling pushing or slapping, I will take legal action.
Was this wrong of me to do? I was told by my older sister to say this. She told me it's assault, even if it's a joke and if it was a male co worker, he would have a police report on his hands. I'm going to go into work in a few hours and I'm nervous as fuck that they might fire me over this.

Overall, you need to speak out against mistreatment. When someone touches you, tell them not to, but when they insult you don't do anything.

Hey /adv/, a while back I made a suicide pact that essentially said I wouldn't do the deed until my life was good in most aspects. For a long time this prevented me from doing anything too bad but also made me lose motivation to progress to better things. But then I started dating my friend and things have generally improved and the only thing I'd say was left is to get in shape but I'm reluctant because I'm worried that I might try something if I get in shape. But simultaneously I think my relationship partially relies on me getting in shape as my boyfriend prefers skinnier toned girls sexually but says the rest of me is 10/10.
Should I try to get in shape and keep the pact a secret to him or explain my reluctance?

At the time my psychologist refused to give me medication because of unpredictable panic attacks that quickly led to self harm. My therapist and friends kept encouraging me to wait for things to get better etc. And I figured if I still wanted to die once things had gotten better in the stereotypical perspective then I'd go for it but I should respect my friends enough to try and let it get better. I guess I still follow the pact to an extent because I want an excuse to kill myself when the only logical reason I must feel this way is a chemical imbalance and years of stress.

I love with my girlfriend of 5 years. We depend on each other finacially. We live each other very much but of had so many problems and so much emotional abuse and spite. I'm just going to be honest. I really despise women. My mother was an absolute cunt and my dad was my hero who won my battles for me when my mom would flip out on some stupid shit. Same thing for my older sister.
Some women I've encountered in life have been mild-mannered and nice, but the overwhelming majority have been incredibly condescending. I basically grew up hating women.
I'm not all too good at winning arguments and I have a short temper, so if some woman starts with some "little man, aw how cute who hurt you?" Bullshit my instinct is to just kick her teeth in and beat her within an inch of her life, since all that I have going for me is that I'm large and strong. Doing this in the USA is just asking to get raped in prison.
