He said that cherry blossoms are best used as like a frame for a centerpiece. And he wanted to put "a badass Japanese sword" there but I was like fuck no. So he asked what other Japanese imagery I might like and I said I'd think about it. Any thoughts?
So, yea.
There is this girl who never texts first, but just about every conversation goes like what is shown in the pic. A lot seems kinda personal for someone who I've spoken to at most a dozen or so times.
So, I don't know what to make of her.
>>17797209
I wouldn't get too excited over that. That's a conversation she would likely have with anyone who asked. IMO she's just being friendly.
Shes just being friendly,
If she asks what you've been up to. What you're doing right now. What you're thinking. What kind of things you like. If you've been seeing anyone. Those are good signs. Not work.
Okay so my friend has told me about this girl that has an interest in me. He told me that she asked him what little habits I have when I'm talking or not doing anything. She's also asked what I look like when I'm asleep (we're part of an organization that frequently goes on road trips, so he's seen what I look like when I'm asleep). Should I be flattered or weirded out by this?
welp

The amount of creepyness on her side depends on how hot she is. If she's hot, be falttered. If she's ugly, be creeped out.

This
He's married with kids in his 60s and I'm 20. I volunteer at a non profit and I love being around him. I've opened up to him about a lot of bad stuff in my life. He's told me countless times that he loves me (as a father would I guess) and that he knows I love him. Also he's really affectionate; he kisses and hugs me all the time
My problem/question is that it's very hard for me to show affection or even tell someone I love them. I want to somehow show my appreciation to him and that I'm grateful for him being in my life. Should I just force myself to be the same?
My ex gf got raped doing the same thing as you. Open up to an old cunt who were "really affectionnate".
>>17797172
shit...any specific warning signs I should look out for?
dont talk to him anymore
girls always trust the wrong people
Has /adv/ actually helped anyone before?
What I've seen so far has made me think no one actually gets any satisfying and useful answers, largely because they ask unanswerable questions.
I am willing to believe its mostly people that are on an equally bad situation and like to spew advice they would not follow.
I confirmed this with the local neet group.
I try to give answers based on a situation.
Someone wants their ex back? I won't go and say "JUST MOVE ON BRO" because some people end up back with their exes. Situations are different for everyone

I stopped someone from killing himself because I made them cry himself to sleep before he did and didn't feel like doing it in the morning
Weird question, my friend says that girls don't like guys with muscle, is this true?
And I don't mean bodybuilders just solid, tight, wide, Big Guys.
Do femanons like the build of pic related?
>>17797113
You've made this thread with the exact same picture before.
Not that weird... but its pretty obvious. Lets just say... every girl I've met who saw this scene got very wet. Of course Physical attraction is just one part of actual attraction.
If you want my advice, just be in shape. You don't have to be like insanely buff but just enough to show the ladies you put effort on yourself

The people will still reply
people are always talking about me. they're either talking shit or gossipping, it doesn't matter where I go, someone ALWAYS has to say something. how would you deal with this /adv/? how would you feel if people talked about you all your fucking life? why is everyone so full of shit these days? some people have it easy.
What do you do that ppl talk about

I understand that you're also full of shit, but I'm not actually the attention whore: those people go out of their way for attention desperately. I'm just simply minding my own god damn business.
so if you're going to contribute at least make sure you're clear about what you mean, because this isn't really saying much. maybe you mean I'm unintentionally an attention whore without even trying? I got bitten by a radioactive spider and now I have magical powers and draw attention to me no matter what? I can't tell what you're trying to say
Hello /adv/, I would ask to /biz/ but they are only interested on stocks. I want to start a business by selling stuff in a page similar to ebay (mercadolibre).
However, I would want some tips to be successful.
>>17797064
sell stuff people want. find a way to get them for cheap, then sell at a higher price.
thats the best we can do with you being vague.
>>17797075
Thats why I am thinking. Buying chink stuff cheap and sell it high.
How can I know what people want to buy?
>>17797095
by being smart.
anon, if you are asking us to create a business for you, you've already failed.
My friend is amazing with women despite being ugly as a ditch and working construction to make ends meet. I complained to him that despite being good looking and having a degree and no loan debt, I'm still terrible with women. The only ones who will continually talk to me are bottom of the barrel ugly. He told me that with women, it helps to start at the bottom and work your way up; much like the kinds of jobs one might work in building a resume.
Your thoughts?
>>17797030
i disagree. i mean it can benefit you but i dont think its necessary.
but i take relationships seriously so what do i know.
I can see it. Just go into it understanding the you're with those lower women purely temporarily for practice. Keep things casual and don't stick around too long.
Calling them practice girlfriends is a poor idea because you shouldn't even be getting far enough to call any of them a girlfriend.
Sounds like a personality thing. How are you meeting/talking to these women?
I always feel really down during the entire holiday season. I'm not sure why, but it's like this every year. I don't celebrate any holidays or anything. So it doesn't make sense to me.
Anyone have any ideas or experience this as well?
>>17796961
>why do i feel down during the holidays
>i dont celebrate them
oh gee, i wonder why you're sad then. its almost as if NOT celebrating the holidays is making you sad.
>>17796970
but that doesn't make sense to me tho. I choose to not celebrate. So shouldn't everything just seem like normal? I don't get why November and December are depressing months. It should be no different than August and September
>>17796970
This , for example I feel down when I think of being a young adult myself, still spending holidays with my family rather than with a gf or with group of friends like many of my friends and peers, but then again I reconsider that at least I have a nice family to spend it with, so there are always some good and bad stuff op
im going to be taking an electrical techniques course in canada this january what equipment will i need if any? also what books and general advice would you say give me a little help?
fuckin help pls
>>17797676
what background do you have so far
don't "pls respond" me and not fucking answer, you cunt
Am I attractive? Anything I can do if I'm not?
>>17796919
Yeah you are.
Does it matter though? Is it because you want a partner? You could totally get a partner based on your looks. Personality does matter alot if you want a lasting relationship.
What if you were ugly (you are not ugly). Would that be the end of the world?
>>17796930
I'm pretty bad at talking to girls so if I were ugly it would probably would be the end of the world. Basically I just wanted to know if someone would give me the time of day if I did try to talk with them.
>>17796952
It depends on what you want, what they want and the social situation you are in. If you have the social skills you could hook up with a girl. If you want a girlfriend, then most women want something you can offer. Security, humor, money, love, car and so on. Looking good isn't usually enough for that.
I put up an ad on craigslist to find someone who might be able to come to my place to work on my car (or tow it back to his shop). When I put up the ad, I wanted to include a picture (that seems to help with replies) so I used a picture from an automotive services ad. Turns out, a vehicle in the picture I used had the logo of the other poster's company on it.
A person who replied to my ad asked if I was the same person and when I said no, told me that I could get sued for using someone else's pictures, especially for using their logo. I panicked and took the ad down and asked the guy who emailed me if he thought that was good enough. He said I should email the people whose image I used, give an apology including a specific description of what I did, give them my name address and phone, so they can contact me.
I don't know why I didn't just let it lie but the idea of being sued scared me so I sent a detailed email apologizing, stating what I did wrong, and gave them my personal info.
Am I fucked? Can they sue me? If you were the person I'd sent the apology to, what would you do?
Why would you do something like this, anon-kun?
>>17796947
In the moment, I was freaked out. The guy I was talking to over email had my phone number and name and I wanted to be the one to admit to doing something wrong, not have someone else tell the person. It was wrong headed. I just want to know if this is something that the company will follow through with?
I feel that, based on the lack of replies here, I have nothing to worry about. If anyone does think that I've screwed myself over and has any enlightening information, I would be glad for it.
My boyfriend is amazingly handsome with a wonderful bubble butt and I love seeing muscular guys in feminine underwear. Pray for me and how do I make this end well?
>>17796878
Selina?
well okay then?
>>17796881
nope, sorry buddy.
Dear people of 4chan,Oldfag letting you knoe my mother's boyfriend has recently gotten very agressive (violent) towards me an my mother. He is diabetic so I have scattered broken glass around the house in the hopes to slow him down. Please help me. This is not a joke. We are afraid for our lives.
>>17796867
>Please help me. This is not a joke. We are afraid for our lives.
Damn, if only there was a number you could call where men with guns would drive to you really quick and sort things like this out.
Call the police?
911?
>>17796867
If you're in danger you need to call emergency / 911.
If not, get cameras and record everything. "Spy" cameras cost nothing nowadays.
