Had a blister on my index toe, let it loose and it seemed to get better. Two weeks later, it is purple.
How does /run/ deal with this? I understand losing a toenail is considered a badge of honor in training for a marathon, but I'd rather not. Also don't want to poke a damn hole in my nail.

So, last week I went on vacation and just got back. I guess I left my protein bottle with a little left in it on my patio. I came back today and there was like 30 fucking maggets in it. I freaked out and sprayed it with bug/ant killer spray and washed it out. I spent like 30 minutes washing it with soap and hot water and it still smells FUCKING AWFUL. Like a dead animal smell, even though the plastic looks clean. You guys have any protips for cleaning this or did I ruin the plastic and it's fucked trash at this point.

I decided to use a Pre workout. I chose Jyms pre workout mix and it worked great, amazing workout
That was until I got home and I've had the runs for the past two hours. Similar thing happened when I was just using creatine so I stopped.
How do I fix This?
What should I switch to instead if there is no cure?

You won't be lifting heavy enough to hurt yourself for a while.
Also, you lose weight by counting calories, not by lifting.

Hey /fit/, please help me out.
So, Im a fat fuck who wants to lose weight & get in shape. I've read the sticky for beginners and have started with my diet and daily walks etc.
I also want to do some weight lifting, so reading the sticky I found Sean10mm's "stripped" 5x5 and decided Ill give it a try.
My only problem is with this exercise:

I plan on exercising at home, at least until my self esteem improves a bit, but I dont have a bar in my house or means to get/install one.
Is there any other exercise I can do to replace this one?

I need some help.
I got a job offer at a gym as a handyman and that would be dope. Trouble is I've never gone to gyms regularly to understand what sort of stuff goes on there outside of fixing some lights and unclogging semen filled drainpipes in the men's sauna.
What sort of issues do you encounter in your gym and how good is management in getting them fixed? How would you do things differently in your church of iron?

All reps are 5x5 with ramping sets.
Beginners can start with the bar and keep increasing 2.5 lbs a workout for the top set.
This may seem small, but it gets you to a 135 lb press in 3 months without much injury risk.
Bench and deadlift can be added once the 1 plate press is achieved so that you get something like this:
Day A
Weighed Chin-ups
Press
Squat
Day B
Deadlifts
Bench
Squat
Given your OHP base, bench should progress at least 5-10 lbs every time you do it.
if i were doing a minimalist routine DESU id do once every 2 days, the lifts you have, but
2x10 overhead press, all out on the last set
pulldowns 2x12
squat 1x20 all out
good for beginners, better for achieving muscular damage to stimulate growth than a 5x5 would imo.
