How far have you run this week?
What are you working on?
How was your last run?
Any new gear that you've been enjoying?
As soon as this rain stops, I'm off out.
Too much CX yesterday meant my tight calves need gentle stretching.
And you?
Bump in the road
Had a blister on my index toe, let it loose and it seemed to get better. Two weeks later, it is purple.
How does /run/ deal with this? I understand losing a toenail is considered a badge of honor in training for a marathon, but I'd rather not. Also don't want to poke a damn hole in my nail.

Too late anyway.
Went out to do some HIIT for the first time in probably 3 years, first time doing cardio in three fucking years.
>got winded after 2 30 meter sprints

>that sharp pain you get from running hit me after like the second sprint
>recorded myself
>legit sprint lika sterotypical girl
JFMSU. Please help me, is there a way to fix this in a short time?

I share your pain anon. I also sprint like a stereotypical girl. 0 form. That's why i stick to longer distances.

>How far have you run this week?
Typical week is 20km, with hill climbing (Park Guëll in Barcelona).
>What are you working on?
Have to start training for Paris marathon 2018. Putting more distance and longer sessions in my training. Currently building a plan, should go swell.
>How was your last run?
Just 2 hours ago, 6.7km. Pretty good.
>Any new gear that you've been enjoying?
Been using the same shoes/socks/shorts for some time. I was working in SF for a year and brought back a cal nike tshirt with dri fit (very light, perfect to regulate transpiration, pic related). It was a game changer. During winter I started using gloves and a lycra tshirt, avoiding getting sick every two weeks which is also great.

>How far have you run this week?
24 miles as of yesterday and today.
>What are you working on?
College Freshman trying to make it to Nationals in Cross Country this year.
>How was your last run?
It was an 11 mile medium long run this morning with the team, definitely fun, but we were all sore from our super muddy tempo run we did yesterday.
>Any new gear that you've been enjoying?
Nothing really new at the moment.
