I haven't had any mires since I stopped caring about diet and meme """bulked""" upto 20% bodyfat.
I'm going back on 1600 calories /day so I can shred back down in 3 months or so. I miss having abs and being confident.
165 cm ~ 166 cm sea manlet who comes from a family that loves to throw parties and eat a lot.

Well /fit/, apparently I have psoriasis.Had something similar to pic related on my right palm for the last 2 months and it itches like crazy.
Anyway, i went to a dermatologist today, and she told me that i should switch my diet, since apparently a big reason for this is that my liver cant properly absorb vitamin-a and i should start eating mainly lean meats and green veggies, while avoidint stuff with high acidity like tomatoes, pork, potatoes, etc.
The problem is, that i've been on keto for the longest time and i had GREAT results because of it, do you think that the keto diet might be responsible for this shit?

So I've been working out and dieting seriously did the first time in years and I've gotten serious results with weight loss. I was doing good gaining muscle but once I added overhead press my shoulder swelled up and it's been bothering me. (I had a shoulder surgery and I'm not supposed to do overhead press. I'm taking it light this week and rehabbing with exercise bands.So in a future where I can't do overhead press anymore will my build look retarded? Or will I be all right as long as I do bench and push ups? (Have to be careful with bench too due to shoulder).
