What the fuck is wrong with me? I was having a good time before, but with her mentioning my body I couldn't put aside my self consciousness to enjoy a good wienering. Also, once you realize that people are starting to mire, how do you respond to compliments on your body without sperging?

Recently I started working out again on the road to ottermode but is it even worth it?? I mean even with a good body, I'm still a virgin robot

decided to get back to being /fit/ but I've lost my way so I came to the masters. Any workout/eating style recommends? And is there a way to correct my birdchest this late in the game?? I'm 18

Can I do a full body workout M/W/F as a noob and make steady progress?

I'm talking bench, squat, deadlift, pullups, rows, and overhead press as my only exercises.

The only reason I ask is because in both starting strength and strong lifts, they have split the lifts to alternate a/b/a b/a/b. Is there a reason why they don't recommend to just do all the compound lifts on each lifting day?

So recently I've been having an issue with my lower back when performing squats and deadlifts, it's only been the case for the past 3 weeks or so
when i squat down past parallel or perform a conventional deadlift i feel a sharp pain in pic related, i can push through the first 3 sets but after that it gets to painful, i know my form is correct, have asked bros at the gym if I'm doing it right and it's only been recently that this pain has been occuring, I've been lifting for 3 years as well
I think the cause might be that i've been sitting and laying in bed to often recently so the area has become to tight, but I'm not sure, anyone know of any stretches or something that could help

chances are you are spending too much of your time sitting.

Try to do hyperextensions / hip thrusts.

Those two are known for helping out the lower back pain

I've been lifting for about three years now and more or less looking for a change. But Have no Idea where to start. So just looking for good recommendations on Crossfit workouts or where to find a good one.

When I do bent over rows I don't feel any lactic acid buildup or feel tired after a few reps like other lifts, I just am unable to finish the rep once I've reached faliure. Is this normal or is my form wrong or something?
