I'm on a cut right now at 1500 cal, how important is it to reach 1g protein/lb bodyweight? The problem is I'm addicted to these dicks and I'll eat a few cans and not reach my protein macros. Is there any hope for me?

Hello /fit/, can you give me some good food routines for a cut? (2000 cals)

This is what I've been doing for the past two weeks:

>Lunch: Spaghetti
>Dinner: Rice + Beans
+ 1 gallon of water a day

What am I doing wrong?

squat 80kg (just below parallel, couldn't get much deeper at that point)
bench 80kg
deadlift 130kg (my back almost splattered all over the wall)
ohp 50kg
weighted pull up 10kg
weighted dip 10kg

Been pretty active before I started lifting + above average genetics (certainly not aestheticly tho) + weighted 82kg at 178cm. One year later I'm not that impressive, insane beginner gains made me overbulk and then I started cutting like a retard (too few cals, WAY too small protein intake) and lost a lot of gains.

My fucking knees keep twitching inwards when I enter the concentric part of my squat. I absolutely cannot force myself to stop it.

Do I just need to build strength in my hip abductors and glutes to stop this?I had to drop from 210lbs squats all the way down to 185lbs for working sets to be able to do it without really bringing my knees in but I just cannot stop my knees from coming in when I squat.

/fit/ do cheek bone exercises work?

I have my cheekbones almost showing after I started working out, but it feels like it needs an oomph in order for them to get more visible.

Do you recommend doing them? Are they legit or just waste of time and its 100% genetics?

Hey yall I've noticed something the last several days. I've been posting here regularly for about five years but lately, browsing gives me a weird buzzing feeling in my brain. It feels like I'm losing brain cells. Its intellectually numbing and causes me to feel listless.
