You realize you're supposed to increase your deadlift by at least 10lbs in-between progressions, right? I was able to get 500lb DL within 6 months of starting lifting and got 405 my first time ever lifting.

Why the fuck does everyone look at me wierd when I do excercises at the gym.

I don't really like modern music so I listen to classical music and a little bit of nasheed for p.r it also helps when i recite a little bit of the quran. However I'm not that fluent in arabic so I just say it in english.

not sure where to ask this, but do any of you have a deviated septum? it's ruining the quality of sleep i get I'm always exhausted and im sure that this is the cause. how did you deal with it?

Have it, but I don't think it ever bothered my sleep. Ever since I upped my gym workouts and cleaned up diet, I just sleep like a rock now.

Right, I've had enough of compound strength focused programs, my legs have gotten way too fucking big, I found that out when trying to wear something other than joggers, I'm on my 2nd cycle of 5/3/1 (I know not much) and was hoping to do 3 before switching over, but I just know my legs will blow up even more, thinking of switching to PHAT

I'm getting really good progress with 5/3/1 (can post stats) I'm all for strength, but I want to look good as well

redpill me on why I should stay on 5/3/1 and/or redpill me on why I should move to PHAT/PPL

What's more important - fiber or protein? When I accidentally eat vegan/vegetarian, I get more nutrients and fiber, but when I eat regularly, I hit my protein goals but not the fiber ones. What's more important?
