Hey I just recently started my cut, went from 102 kg, to 97.5 kg, and now I'm, stuck at around 94-95 kg. I'm 1.85 cm.
Every day I eat 4 packages of Kvarg รก 500g, and a Nutrilette meal-replacement.
Each kvarg is 60 gram protein and 340 kcal.
The nutrilett is 110 kcal and got vitamins, 10 grams sugar, 10 grams protein, 10 grams fat.
That is1470 kcal and 250 grams protein.
I just started taking new meds (Risperidone), and it says that 33% gains 7% bodyweight. Am I fucked? Or are those just fatties that can't stop shoving their face with food?
