You should run a test base, you'll start feeling pretty shutdown later in the cycle if you run var only.
My first cycle was anavar only but you'll start feeling pretty shitty/sluggish towards the end because you aren't producing test. I'd recommend not doing it until you are ready to pin

Don't "embrace it and use it to fuel" your workouts, just know that this is all normal. It's alright, you're not the only person with these troubled thoughts. The key is to get yourself so busy you don't have to think of these things that much and don't let them overtake you and control how you run your life. I have posture like pic related. What are the exercises to focus most? I also have absolutely 0% developed core but large lats, making me look like even worse quasimodo.
