Hi fellow /fit/izens, i work as a nurse at Florida Hospital Orlando, and i just wanted to bring you the news that Rich is recovering, how ever he seems to have suffered major brain damage and lost most of his ability to speak properly, he woke up this morning and muttered "food goddammit, food, food food right babe dammit" over and over until we brought him soup, which, he demolished in a matter of seconds and started repeating the same thing as before over and over. After 3 servings of soup, 6 cups of ice cream and a gallon of water he fell asleep, although doctors whom monitor his brain stated that his brain activity was even lower now than in the coma, now going as low as 5% of normal function.

Attended family bar b q for every Friday for the past 3 weeks. My dumb ass ate a lot of meat and my thighs are so huge I can barely fit in my jeans anymore. Considering they were already tight in my thighs before.

Am I fucked for life or can I remove this with good diet and exercise? I know you can burn fat, but I mean Meat isn't fat, it's protein, and I'm sure the excess Protein is the reason for my thighs.

Biggest bullshit i've read for a long time
The only thing your body consists of is a) muscle and b) fat. Any excess energy is converted to fat, whether it comes from dietary fat, protein or carbohydrates.

I've been lifting for about a month now and since i'm a skinny guy i will stack test e + dbol (500mg/week + 30mg/day respectively) to kickstart my gains.I've gained fairly A LOT of weight natty in a month,my biceps got bigger,my abs are showing more,my legs are tighter(note that i was anorexic-tier).So,what can i expect in weight increase?Will it be noticeable?Thanks in advance and please don't preach about me being a begginer,i've done a lot of research.

Depends how many kcal you're eating.
Steroids don't make you gain weight any faster, they just make you gain more weight as muscle assuming you're eating enough.

You can look to gain ~20lbs of lean muscle in a a good dbol+test cycle for 16 weeks with adequate calories as beginner. 35-40lbs of total weight gain, half of which will be water and fat. The other half muscle.

Don't try and "lean bulk" during a beginner cycle. Your fat gain won't be big given that you've always been skinny.

All that said, you're still a moron, you do not have it all figured out and you have no idea how to train or diet ideally. Even if you think you do, you don't.

Do what you want tho bro. The battle is only with yourself.

Make sure you have an AI on hand and PCT ready. Lift HEAVY with good form (you'll get injuries otherwise) and eat LOTS. Expect to gain a lot of fat but a lot of muscle too. Make sure you cut correctly after your cycle to keep the muscle. VERY small deficit. 200kcals deficit/day unless you plan on using roids during the cut, in which case disregard what I just said and go as big a deficit as you can. Keep track of everything. Bloodwork, bf%, weight, etc. Don't just wing it and expect to succeed; plan EVERYTHING.

I'm a skinny DYEL, third week of going to the gym, doing Greyskull LP, the /fit/ edition.

How long did it take you to be able to do 3x5 chinups / dips ? At the moment I can do maybe 3 chinups, and then I have to go into doing negatives. Dips the same. Is it gonna take me a year? More? Less?

Also, should I alternate dips & chinups with closegrip bench and rows or just keep at them since I started only doing those already?

Chin ups will take some time to master. Keep doing negatives and also try doing some work with the lat pulldown machine. Seeing how you are skinny and currently able to do 3, you should be able to make it up to 5 pretty quick. Just keep eating right and get plenty of rest. Also, make sure you are doing some kind of horizontal pull movement. Barbell rows, dumbbell rows, or cable rows, just choose one and get good at it.

Keep working with dips,but if you have any pain in your shoulder or sternum, then do not do them. Dips are a great exercise for both your chest and triceps, but they are not for everyone. Not everyone is anatomically capable of dips.

Alright ima let you in of a secret pullup protocol I made, designed for people who have trouble doing them with jus ttheir bodyweight. Would also work for dips. Ive tested this on 10+ people and it works

First thing you do it test max reps. then we do a certain amount of reps based on the max reps you get initially. So lets say you get 3 reps with your max rep test. We multiply that 3 by 2 and you get 6 total reps. So you proceed doing 6 reps total in whatever way you want. Advice is do them in a submaximal way so what I would tell you to do is do 6 sets of 1 rep, this way you dont fail reps.

If you get the same number next time then simply do more total reps than last time, increase by 2-5 reps.

This works guaranteed, good luck.
