I'm disregarding lower body completely in my routine. The only thing I do for it are 3 sets of 10 of machine leg curls as fast as possible. U mad, /fit/? Working lower body is a waste of time.

I only do dumbbell lunges and calf raises every 2-3 days. My lower backs fucked though. Chicks don't give a shit about legs so longs as they arent pegs. There are many ass girls though.
