Are there any 3rd party controllers for the n64 that are actually somewhat decent?

I managed to snag some old n64 games on the cheap the other day and went to play them, but after an hour my hands started cramping and it my left thumb got sore

I'm looking for something symetrical but with decent buttons and build quality. Any suggestions?

Stop being soft and use the normal controller
>>
you're supposed to have your left hand on the bit in the middle. If you hold both sides and stretch your thumb across to the analog stick you're going to have a bad time.

not him but N64 sticks always die, if there any N64 controller that doesn't have this problem? and is cheap

Why is my NES controller gold/brown? I don't think its yellowing. It's a nice, even gold color, and NES controllers typically turn yellow on the bottom, not the top. Did the person who owned it before me just paint it? It doesn't feel like paint. It's not sticky or uneven. It feels exactly like my other grey controllers. Are there more like this?

Its my favorite shmup series. I love the story, the gameplay, the music, the art style, the space harrier connection thing. Its great. My favorite game would have to be the arcade remake of II though.

You mean zillion? I saw that too, its a shame he's downgraded to a mascot character though, it wouldve been cool to see his weapons and such in an anime.

The problem is that it confirms the 240p from the Wii isn't identical to real 240p over YPbPr
>>
>>3609429
>isn't identical to real 240p
The Wii is outputting real 240p, as is the PS2.

If I had to guess, the issue here is that where the PS1, and as such the PS2, will render and output at different horizontal resolutions, the Wii is locked to a single horizontal resolution and makes uses of scaling in order to make up the difference for emulation/VC

Your TV may be perfectly fine accepting a 720x240p signal, since it's very similar to a standard NTSC video signal(720x480) but doesn't like what is very likely 320x240p coming out of the PS2.

So El-Dia, the guys who made the latest Eve Burst Error Remake will be remaking Desire.

Here's hoping they have the balls to make changes to the story. This game is in a dire need of a rewrite.

By the way, for the uninitiated, the game's original PC port is available in English and can be played on Asenheim:

Yes but the original writer is dead, so that would be hardly appropriate.

Desire already touches on a lot of themes Yu-No does, Yu-No is essentially Desire re-written into a coherent story.
>>
>>3610464
Desire is still different enough that it could stand on its own with some rewrites. For example, they could have shown all the repeats Martina's been through to give us more insight into what she's been going through, and things that were mentioned but never explicitly shown, like the explosion that took Tina's life and "Gustav"'s, or the accident that killed "John", one of Makoto's co-workers. Or rewrite Makoto's route entirely, so it actually contributes to the plot instead of being a poorly written NTR nukige; I'd personally use her route to show shit like the reactor's DNA manipulation abilities, and such and such.

And yeah, Kanno is dead, but I still think they should bring in some competent to salvage the story.

This reminds me, 5pb is actually making a sequel to Kanno's games using Kanno's own notes, believe it or not.

Take a break from video games altogether. The brain likes new, different challenges. Start reading more books or take up a hobby then come back to vidya in a few months.

Sleep until you aren't tired anymore and play games without worrying about your limited time being used inefficiently.

Basically you're out of luck until you retire.

you have ten seconds to post a better racing game with a better OST
