From the image though it looks like the rim is slightly rebated. This would make sensw if they were trying to keep parts commonality with 5.56 bolts. Also the wider case rims make ar style bolts more prone to shearing at the lugs (see: 7.62x39 ar)
Unfortunately I don't see anything on SAAMI despite the cartridge apparently being standardized, or anywhere else for that matter.

Bolt head shifts off toward the charging handle side of the trunnion. Under full power of the recoil spring it nicks the trunnion enough to engage the locking piece/rollers and stop it from going into battery, but it goes in fine if I ease the bolt forward. Most of the parts are cetme but the locking piece is HK, so I'm lead to believe that might be causing the tilt. What does /k/ think?

It's a pain to clean, it's heavy as all fuck, it's got an ancient bolt design as far as loading goes, and the damn thing will try and take your thumbs off when loading it.
That said it's classy as fuck and I love having one. I never shoot it though.
