You should run a test base, you'll start feeling pretty shutdown later in the cycle if you run var only.

My first cycle was anavar only but you'll start feeling pretty shitty/sluggish towards the end because you aren't producing test. I'd recommend not doing it until you are ready to pin

It can be run on its own and it's great for beginners because of how nonexistent sides are. As always plan pct properly and don't skimp out on it.

But running Test with var makes it go from an okay steroid for cutting to amazing. Unless you're a woman, then Just run anavar.

Var only is stupid, unless you are female. It has an androgenic rating of 24 and therefore if you're shutting down your natty test and replacing it you'll feel like shit unless you use a lot.
Additionally, it's often faked (real Var comes in 5-10mg tabs iirc, so that 50mg shit is bollocks) and if you do come across the real deal it's also crazy expensive.

Anavar is also mildly hepatotoxic (like all orals), and therefore a long cycle would be risking Liver health.
In terms of what Anavar is claimed to achieve (cutting), I personally think the money would be far better spent on something like Masteron.

For women, I think TBol is a better alternative. It is "weaker", but has an androgenic rating of 0 and therefore will get no masculinizing effects.
I believe TBol is also cheaper and found in higher dosed tabs.
