How the hell do I fix this?
I have a carpal tunnel and my right arm is less developed than the left one
I HATE MY DAMN ADD TO COMPUTER
I have been using the mouse for many years (I also had a problem with the chair and my column but I have been able to fix it)
My fucking right shoulder next to the strength of my arm is much smaller than the left
What diet or exercise do you recommend / Fit /? I have had many bad habits that caused in me an asymmetry with my body,

But it is strange as all my left side is more developed than the right, leg arm chest even my left side of the face is better than the right, more axillary hair, more beard, more hair (yes, on my left side grows more hair than the right)
