I work for a printing plant in a massive multichannel marketing company. I'm currently part of a development program to teach me the operations side, but I have tons of specialty print knowledge and so I get tasked with a lot of r&d type work. And I dabble in sales since I can get commission.

It's the best thing that's happened to my gains since I graduated college. My gym is 3 minutes from my office, and my boss lifts there. So I eat a salad at my desk at 10am, a small lunch at 11:30 while I work, then I go to the gym at 12, lift till 12:50, then shower and go back to work. Been lifting 5 days a week for 3 months and making all kinds of gains.

None of these matter if you aren't prepared to get surgery (which if you're reading this, you need to be attractive). Ofc these will help supplement if you're willing to go the distance but don't bother if you aren't.
Mewing is good in that it can fix weak chins, asymmetry (if you max out what it can do) and widen the palate, but it isn't going to give you a diamond cutting jaw if you haven't got one already. Neck training is important but it's more the icing on the cake rather than a major improvement. All the rest you mentioned are essential but won't turn you into a slayer on their own.
The most important thing to remember though is that only the top 1% of men are genuinely good looking. None of this '/soc/' said I'm a 7/10 so I must be good looking' horseshit, I'm talking about the sort of man that gets regularly complemented by women on his looks. Women's standards are simply higher than men's.

I'm trying to get into more of a routine. I run 2 miles a day, well more like run a mile and then kinda jog/walk the rest. I've only been doing this for a few weeks, but I like it so far.

i may not be a physical expert or like trainer or nothin but i play soccer at a pretty high level and the worst part about sprints is the jog back to the line.
the advice i can give is to replace all of the walking with jogging, no matter how slow. even a walk with a hop. you'll really feel it and it keeps the tempo high. so run, do what you gotta do till you can't anymore, then slow it down to a jog, then run some more shit like that. easier said than done, but try it out next time :)
