I don't know shit about nutrition and I get to see a nutritionist as part of my insurance. I asked which I should be having margarine or butter and she said margarine.

I thought margarine had transfat, which is bad.

What should I be buying? I live in Australia so an exact product would be great.

First of 3 SSRI's i've been on. Gave me sleep issues. Went to Lexapro, which didn't really work well for me. Finally settled on Prozac (which I haven't been taking for 3 months since I started seriously working out and eating healthy). I've only thought about killing myself like a handful of times since my diet and exercise has been improved, which is not bad considering your average /fit/izen

I have very weak grip strength. Been doing deadlifts a lot still no help
There's a grip strength measuring device and my left hand was terribly weak

as this used to be called fitness & health board i guess i will post this here.
i have had problems when taking a shit for a couple of years now but i never really thought there was a porblem behind it.
now in the last couple of weeks i have had a lot of anal bleeding and when inspecting it i even saw it dripping.
is there ways to threat this at home? because i feel very uncomfortable about it
