First time posting here /fit/
I'm quite short (about 5'3" tall) and I barely weight 110 pounds. I'm really motivated but I don't want to pay to go to gyms so I was wondering if anyone here had some clues on how to gain without any weights.

How many of you experienced loose skin after weight loss?
How bad was it?
I was fat, still am, but I've lost a lot of weight lately and I am concerned if I lose more I will have baggy skin. I haven't seen any yet but people say it starts around the last twenty pounds.

I was 260, 6'2, shoulders are 43 in, hips 40, waist is 38. After working out people say I've lost a lot of weight (one person said they could barely recognize me), but my weight has gone up to 290 in the last year. I'm really prone to stretch marks, even when I lose weight and back when I was skinny in high school.

I started losing weight in last January and I started working out early in March. I've been going very hard and very disciplined since then and have dropped from 245 to 200 (I'm 5'7). Now, at 200, I seem to have plateaued. For over 3 weeks now, I've only lost about 2 or 3 pounds and it's driving me crazy considering I've got at LEAST 20 to 25 more pounds to go to be at a health BF%. Like I said, I've been very disciplined eating only 1,300 calories a day (one cheat meal a week) and doing intense full body workouts 3 times a week. I also walk for a hour in the scorching sun at least 4 times a week, and I've been recently integrating riding my bike into my routine. At this level of intensity (I grew up a lazy slob, so this is all relatively intense for me), I feel like I'm going to give in if I can't see more results soon. So what are my options?

I don't think I can possibly reduce my calories any more. I'm already borderline weak as it is, and I always feel absolutely drained after my workouts.

Some people have suggested I bump my calories up to get more energy and start integrating more cardio into my routine. This scares me on a deep level because raising calories sounds so counter-intuitive to losing weight. Plus I don't understand why it would be beneficial to eat an extra 250 calories, then have to burn it back off with the cardio (which is going to be difficult for me to get used to).

Help!!

Take your weight, find the number of calories you need to eat to maintain your current weight for a week.
See if it helps you feel better.

If it does then try to stick to your current weight for a month. After your body begins to see it as a new norm and your workout sessions don't completely tucker you out for days anymore, then start cutting back on calories again.

You should also try to drink a gallon or more of weight, but keep a few fruit around to replace the minerals that are lost from normal water excretion from sweat and urination.

How does this look for a beginner routine? PP to be done 2x a week. I'm 6' 150 gonna be doing 5000 calories a day

PULL
Deadlifts 1x5+/Barbell rows 4x5, 1x5+ (alternate, so if you did deadlifts on Monday, you would do rows on Thursday, and so on)
3x8-12 Pulldowns OR Pullups OR chinups
3x8-12 seated cable rows OR chest supported rows
5x15-20 face pulls
4x8-12 hammer curls
4x8-12 dumbbell curls
PUSH
4x5+ bench press/4x5+ overhead press (alternate in the same fashion as the rows and deadlifts)
3x8-12 overhead press/3x8-12 bench press (do the opposite movement: if you bench pressed first, overhead press here)
