I just recently started lifting (again) and was squatting 60kg today. During rest I figured why not try how much the weight would actually feel like to overheadpress... I couldn't even move the bar.

With all over lifts - except maybe benchpress, but there it'ts mainly a psychological thing - I can at least imagine lifting huge amounts of weight. Will I ever make it to 1 Plate OHP?

An arched back is cheating. It is no different than a high squat. You're shortening the rom to move more weight.

Women typically twist their back up like they have scoliosis because women are weak and must have the bar path travel three inches for them to press their all impressive 300 pounds.

A slight arch is ok, it is actually good for the back and gets the legs involved. This bullshit of having your chest right at the bar with part of your ass technically still on the bench because its "within the rules" is trash

i dont lift any pussy ass weights (they train useless muscles). i train cardio and body weight exercises for FUNCTIONAL strength. notice how UFC fighters don't look like faggy bodybuilders?

if any one of you fuckers tried to come toe to toe with me you'd be gassed in 8 seconds flat because of your big unnecessary roided out muscles and the fact that you lazy fucks never both to train cardio
