Hey brahs, i recently started SS and there are many problems i am not sure how i can fix:
>uneven shoulders, when squatting one side of bar slightly goes down
>bad posture, can't do DL rights
>Uneven strenght in arms & my arm has weird proportion, when doing bench press same stuff happens as squat one, one side of bar is slightly lower/higher than other.

I live in small town(there is only 1 gym), everyone was staring at me like i am crazy when i was doing DL/Squats/Bench just with bar to practice form

I don't know man, I've thought about some kind of back brace but I don't know if that'd be the right move. Like, once I took it off my posture could just skip back into the trash.
