I find being nervous spills over on voice so dont be, ask your self who t f is this person and why do I even care what they think as often as you can remeber

Its easy to adjust your voice but the hard thing is making it into a permanent unconscious habit

Roids will long term. Get on TRt dose test (100-200/week) after a couple years more facial/body hair, less fat, skinnier hips, deeper voice, etc.
