Depends on how much you eat and what you eat... I find it hard to get meat, even of shitty quality, for less than 15€ for my whole week.
Had some really tough exams this week so I've been eating junk and spent a shitload, honastly like 50-60£ per week on food.
Finally cleaned my kitchen and started buying groceries / cooking clean food again.

4. Don't be a desperate autist. Cannot stress this enough. Reply to texts when you want. Do NOT give a woman shit or expect her to reply within a certain time, and expect the same from her (Huge red flag if she wants you to text within a split second every time, needy as fuck, been there done that). People have lives.
5. Pursue points of interest, easiest way to get her engaged and have fun yourself, but also don't be afraid to take her on something she hasn't done before and take the lead. Just communicate it.

Yo so my resting heart rate is usually around 68-70. For the past few days, it's been really low. I just checked my fitbit and it's 58 currently. I got quite scared about it so I went into my hospital who did an ECG on me and said although the heart rate is abnormal (especially since I'm pretty big) the ECG is fine so unless I pass out there's nothing they can do. When they did the test it was 62 and now it's back down to 58 where it was before. It just seems to be fluttering around, I just checked again and it's back up to 74. I'm getting pretty anxious about it and I've been feeling light headed. What should I do?

I've been on brosplits for 2 months and I can bench 25lbs and squat the same(have to deadlift and then overhead press because of no fucking Power rack)

Personally prefer starting strength over stronglifts but they're both very good full body routines based around progressive overload, which is your best bet for increasing strength in a timely matter. Just don't skip out on arm accessories like chin and pullups and dips if your triceps is lagging on your push lifts. Get a weighted belt once you're able to do 15 reps on either of those exercises.
