could be either depending on who you go to
Why does/fit/ always pretend to hate Jeff Seid? He was no less alpha than Zyzz and he has an even better physique than he did, so someone explain this stupid meme
>>38518658
Zyzz was inspirational. Jeff is just an attention whore and a jew oil seller.

I don't know. Pray they don't.
>Discuss your gyno, give advice and ask questions.
I've had puffy nips without a hard gland since puberty, like 10 years ago. A doctor even checked it by ultrasound. Now I working on cutting down to ~10% from 18% and I feel that the mass under the nipple is becoming more dense and I might actually have a gland.
Should I just start saving for surgery? The German public insurance considers it "cosmetic" and I am sick of having to use micropore medical tape to flatten them for so many years.

Anyone tried using the superglue or liquid bandage fix?
Have you tried wearing a cute dress?
>>38518102
OP here. I tried every method in the book and superglue makes them flakey and it is noticeable if shirtless. I'd rather be able to cover them and make them look flat against the fabric of the shirt I'm wearing than sporting glass-scratching super glue nips.
Anyone got more of these /fit/ comics?
Does heavy compound lfits like deadlift and squat build abs too or nah?
Yes, but abs isolations are obviously more effective
...yes.
>>38517997
1000% yes.
Get your push press up to 2pl8 1rm (calculated), and you will have fair abdominal visibility up to 17-18%bf

why don't any of you guys know about ginger tea?
It increases blood flow and raises your body temperature. If you take it too frequently, it makes you burn out (uses up some chemicals in the body I think)
Ginger is also one of the classical medicines, used to treat indigestion, and it gives cleansing, vigour and strength to the body, lymph and blood.
I'm sure if any of you tried it even once, you'd rave about it.
It's really easy to make too! Just dice some (less than a fingers-worth) ginger finely and boil until the water turns a darker shade. Add sugar, lemon juice etc. to taste.
It's even better to eat the boiled ginger at the end, you've never really felt the blood boiling in your veins till you've tried this.
I know some people think it's gross, ginger is hard to keep down, even just the boiled liquid!
But if you can somehow stomach the water and/or the ginger itself, preferably on an empty stomach, for, say, once a week, you will notice a definite change in your metabolism.
But in India, there is a saying: a monkey cannot appreciate the taste of ginger.
I guess you guys have another saying: bitter medicine is hard to swallow!
Anyhoo, it is undeniably powerful, and you can feel your entire body buzzing and churning. It's great! I recommend it. I'm pretty sure it cleans the blood, lymph system etc. and raises metabolism, if for a short while.

Guess there's no harm in trying.
sugar helps a lot.
eating ginger is difficult, but if you slap it in a slice of buttered bread with some peanut butter, it's much easier.

Fuck off pajeet
I physically cannot go ass to grass squating. I can go parallel max, because my heels come off the floor.
Is ass to grass bro science? I've read conflicting articles about it being a meme and parallel is fine.
>>38517446
ass to grass is not a meme, but what ass to grass will look like depends on your morphology.
whenever i post a squat video here some retarded memer posts ''lower faggot'' but my absolute lowest squat is a bit below parallel due to limb lengths.
in any case you need to work on your mobility

What are your opinions on cold showers? Do you just pull the cold water to the max or do it step by step from hot to warm ? What about the cleaning, does it clean the skin as good as hot wateR?
that's for autists
You probably think strippers like you too, right?
>>38517185
It's shit when you're doing no 'poo.
Otherwise it's pretty fucking awesome, hypes you up in the morning.
Also tends to relax you, if I have to do something I find stressful I'll take a cold shower in the morning.
I don't know why but I feel like it gives me some more mental fortitude.

Weight before and after?
Hiw long did it take
How much deficit?
How long/how much exercise?
Cravings?
Any thing else interesting?
Currently on 86 kg, lost 8kg, goal is 70-74
Been doing it for almost 3 months or so weight loss is slow
Starting weight 320lbs, current weight 185. Took about a year, eating around 1300-1500 cals a day, with about an hour of biking or running a day, started out walking. Now just lifting, cut the cardio out for a while. Cravings lessened up after a few weeks or so.
6'1". Went from 240 to 180, took not quite a year... Right at about 11 months I guess. So from that, we can do the math to work out my deficit:
60 * 3500 = 210,000 total calories
Divide by 48 weeks, and by 7 days = average 625 calorie daily deficit.
Exercise was mostly SS lifting. I also started adding 20-30 mile bike rides on the weekends in the last couple months.
I've done both keto and regular calorie counting. Cravings on keto were noticeably easier to deal with, and keto did break my sugar addiction.
I'm still right on the line between "normal" and "overweight" BMI, but I need a break. Going to bulk for the rest of the year, and then cut again in January (presumably with a higher TDEE.)
Which one do I get?
