I'm a short fatty, weight has fluctuated +/-15 kg on/off keto.
First months doing keto lost -15kg, but 3 months in got IBS, shat like crazy, couldnt eat anything but oats and rice.
IIFYM now, progress this month has been -1 kg.
Keto was the only thing that truly worked for me.

ive been doing keto and its not about the weight at first, becuase on keto your water weigh goes fucking haywire. Also if you put a couple tablespoons of coconut oil in your coffee before your workout you can run for a long time.

Cardio isn't necessary on any diet. And you still have to count calories. All it is is switching out carbs for fat, everything else still applies. Calm down bitch
