How long does it take to see results when you are bulking?

Not OP but I've been bulking at 3.2k cals for 2 months now and I've gotten no results whatsoever. People tell me that it's the fastest in the beginning but NOTHING has happened. What am I doing wrong?

Yes I lift like 1.5 hours every day and I get around 180 protons too, not really counting fats though but that shouldn't really matter tho should it?

i take the bait. if you really do lift every day, do rest days. did you gain weight? if less then 4lbs, eat more. and add weight to your lifts. assuming you are at novice levels in terms of strength, add 2.5lbs for upper body per workout and 5-10lbs for lower body

Yeah I guess my calorie intake is too low even though I'm getting 3.2k in. Didn't really mean that I lift every day though, probably 5 days in a week. Maybe I should try out like 4k calories per day and see what happens on the scale? It's just a bitch eating that much, just 3k is a bitch, imagine 4k...

Are you guys calculating your intake properly? How come in several month with 3.2K Cals you haven't gained a single pound, fat or muscle. You'd have to be really tall and muscular to have a maintenance level that high. OR are you still in your teens?

Is 3,000 calories a day good for someone who does SS three days a week? I started eating 3,000 cals two days a go, and I feel bloated with my weight going from 152 to 155lbs

Depends on your weight and activity level moron.
I always "tried" to bulk by eating a little bit more here and there but nothing worked until I really committed to bulking. I ate like a pig and put an inch on my arms, chest and legs in a month. Only two inches on my waste but I was so much stronger than before

I'm on SS and do 3000cals/day, but im 6'0 and went fom 180 to 183lbs in a month and can still do linear progress. so 3 lbs in a week might be a bit too much
