Femanon fatty here. 190 pound size 12 landwhale status. I have been lifting steadily for about three or four months, and have seen good progress. I also round out my lifting with hiit, yoga, cardio, kickboxing and spin.
Idk if it's me turning into a gym rat, but more and more of the guys on the lifting floor have been getting friendly with me. Waving, giving thumbs up, etc. Today I was told I was doing a great job and got a comment on my evil dead shirt.
Not sure if i'm being accepted into the tribe or it's investment flirting. What do other than keep on keeping on?

I managed to get my hands on the Ledgendary plus formula but it doesnt work as well and when I take that one I start sweating like crazy for a while after my workout and produce an odd amount of salivation.
Hey /fit/. So I started dieting in May of this year and started lifting about a month and a half ago. I was 5"8 165lb in May and I am now sitting at 135. I've been trying to eat more calories and eat cleaner since i'm now working out. I can only do fucking 10 reps of 15 on each side for benching. I curl 17.5lb with dumbbells. I have noticed some strength increases, but i haven't really noticed much physical change. My stomach is a lot flatter but I still have my man tits. What am I doing worng? I'm 16 btw.

You are probably just genetically shitty. Considering you were hovering at 165 lbs, you were probably fatty.
It might have something to do with not getting enough calories, so you have no energy.
Try to get back to maintenance calories plus a 100-200 surplus and then you should progress nicely.

Here's a bit of prior info

>currently 84 kg
At the start of the year I was 98 kg (hence my filthy, filthy stretch marks) but met a plutonic female gym bro and started going 7 days a week.
>Fast forward three months of constant lifting, cardio, and good eating)
>I'm 82 kg (doctor said I needed to slow down on weight loss)
>plutonic female gym bro moves away, I hurt my back, lose all motivation
fast forward 4 months
>back to 86kg
>drop gym completely
>eat shit
Fast forward to now
>back at gym
>2kgs lost in 2 weeks
>feeling good
But since my gym bro has gone I have absolutely no direction what so ever and no one I know lifts.
So what do I do fit? Open to any and all advice. I don't know whether to try put on muscle or lose weight or what I literally have no fucking clue so please give me some clues.

>squat the bar for 3x5 (I'm on SS)
>arms are killing me after trying to fold them into a pretzel to do a low-bar squat
>pretty sure every aspect of my form was terrible
>move to bench press
>same deal, bar for 3x5
>each rep is wobbly and uneven
>Chad on the bench next to me is showing his Stacy GF (who is wearing a dress in the gym) how much he can bench
>meanwhile, my pathetic ass is struggling to maintain something resembling proper form with just the bar

>deadlift is next
>take the bar from one of the incline benches and put a pair of 35-lb plates on just to get it off the ground
