Yo /fit/ what do you guys take as preworkout?

200mg caffeine pill.
I use to take Jay Cutler Legendary Prework out.
Shit pumped me up like crazy but they discontinued it.
I managed to get my hands on the Ledgendary plus formula but it doesnt work as well and when I take that one I start sweating like crazy for a while after my workout and produce an odd amount of salivation.

Nothing really compares IMO. No jitters or edginess, just alertness and focus. Better than a couple cups of coffee even since it's all in one shot.

Not really, your first few months are gonna be shit anyway while your body is adjusting to everything, these are for when you go 3+ times a week to the gym and need the energy to push yourself into working out harder.
In fact in an ideal situation you shouldn't be having preworkout before every session, just when you feel tired or in need of a pick me up.
