Yeah, that's why. You need progressive overload to get bigger and stronger. That means you need to increase the weight or reps that you're lifting over time instead of just lifting the same weights every workout.

Eating too little protons.

I realized despite the fact that I was getting at least 4000kcal a day, I was only getting around 100g of protein at best, this is of course not enough for someone around 110kg like myself, my workouts were total shit unless I had PERFECT sleep every day, perfect meal timing/digestion and low stress during the day etc.

Started taking 4 scoops and it was all ok.
