Been going to the gym for a few weeks, I didnt have this problem at first but in the beginning I didnt work so hard.
I go as soon as it opens (7.30am), I dont eat breakfast before I go, I do 2km on a treadmill first before I start resistance training. While walking home I feel light headed and sickness, but after I go back to bed for a couple of hours its gone and I eat breakfast around 10am.
Perhaps a pre-workout lightweight breakfast would do me well? Im not sure,
Anyone have this same issue or know how to make it better?
Eat food and drink water before working out.
eat breakfast before u go u feel bad after workout because ur glucose goes down so much.

You are lacking water and glycogen in your muscles.
High/moderate pre-workout meal + water before gym.

i usually have bran flakes, soy milk and a banana after workout but i will get up earlier and have it before, thanks for advice
That happened to me when I started but went away after a couple moths.
Still puke if I'm running too hard.

even a cup of coffee with some milk would do the trick if you don't enjoy having breakfast

I reckon its blood sugar man.
I usually have a banana, orange and a black coffee with a teaspoon of coconut oil in before I gym or run.
Gives me enough energy to do what I need to do and get home for a proper meal.

Yeah, whenever i start going to the gym again after a break i get nauseous as fuck, light headed and even light sensitive for like a hour or two after.

It's definitely glucose, eat and drink something at least a hour beforehand, or just don't do cardio.

Same. Sounds like a sugar issue. Going to eat closer to gym time from now on.
