Got some PRs recently, on SL - nothing serious but it's progression.

I want to get fitter, i've read the sticky, and i'm motivated.
The only thing that bugs me is that it seems to cost a shitload of money. First, having a good diet to gain mass means, i should eat two to three times more than usual, which means spend two to three times more.
Secondly, membership to the gym, Which is another problem since i'm not really confident in going to the gym alone, i was planning on doing things at home, but by the looks of what i've read ...
So how did you guys manage it ?

All in all it actually isn't that much more money. $10 can buy you enough chicken breast and veggies to feed you for a day, whereas $10 can buy enough McDonald's to feed you for a meal.
And an extra $45 a month for a gym membership is nothing. If you can't scrounge that up you need some help.

So I wanted to ask fit a tad bit of advice. If I'm a 6ft 190lb 20 something male who moves maybe one hour a day and drinks 2000 calories of beer a day, is pic related plus a vitamin pill a good meal to reduce food calories while still feeling full?

Scoliosis???

My family has a history of this and lately my back's been getting fucked. However back in middle school I got checked for signs of it and they said I was fine. Is it possible to develop it into adulthood?

My girl took a picture of me. But now im so fucking scared. Is it treatable??

I'll try to get one but why would my back be looking like that to begin with? I've always practiced perfect posture and made sure to stretch. Did a buttload of squats so I always assumed my hips hurting was just from being tight. But it looks like a trailing issue starting from up top.

Sorry about the blog but i don't know where to go, im exhausted, on the verge of a mental breakdown, haven't been to the gym in months, i barely leave the house apart from work. And im probably going to quit that too. I have IBS, and has crippled me completely, i have no pain, i wish i did. I honestly hope i get hit by a car on my way to work. Im to embarrassed to tell anyone about my problems, even here on an anonymous basked weaving forum.

i cant find a good online resource/database with rep ranges for individual exercises

Romanian deadlift
barbell glute bridge
sumo squats
wide stance leg press
cable kickbacks

Would this be okay for a lober body day in an upper lower split? im doing leg press or squat, not both and i dont want huge quads, i want it butt focused.

Can pretty much recommend 8-12 across the board on those excercises, except I lean towards going heavier on my hip thrusts ("barbell glute bridges" lmao) depends on your glute function, I can get away with 5-8

So /fit/ through dieting and exercise, I went from 123 kg to 103 kg as of today, soon to be 100 kg and then I'll go lower still.

Thing is, I don't feel much fitter or skinnier but a lot of people said I have indeed lost a lot of weight and it shows.

Now, I want to continue to lose weight and get to 90 kg (I am 1.95m tall) and build some muscle mass because I feel flabby.
I am willing to go extreme so can I do the rice/chicken/broccoli only to reach my goal? I've been fat my entire life but I have good genetics and I feel like I can be a really hot sonuva bitch if I try. I just need the facts and info on how to achieve my dream.

Diet, routine, do and don'ts. I have read the sticky but it's mostly common sense stuff, and some contradictory facts. Like the whole fit says 5x5 is not good.

Anyway I need someone to lay it down for me.

If I were you I'd do some beginner routine while cutting. If you don't have much muscle then weighing about 75-80kg will make you pretty lean.

After that I'd go onto an intermediate program and slowly bulk for a couple of years, not letting yourself get too fat again

Chicken,rice,brocolli + some mono fats would be good for cutting if its below your maintenance and youre steadily losing weight.

5x5 is great. but if its your first time touchin a dumbell, start with 15 reps at least, to learn the mind muscle connection. sign to a gym and get a regular split routine from coaches. dont beat yourself up in the gym. dont do cardio. 1,5 hour a day at most. keep doin this for a month, get used to weights and drop the reps to 8 gradually, from 15. do gym at least 3 days a week, at most 6. for diet; any vegetable, not just broccoli. lots of vegetables and lean proteins. google scooby calculator and calculate your daily caloric need. buy a food scale and hit your daily caloric target with vegies and proteins. eat at least 200gr of proteins a day. dont use any powder or supplements etc. thats all for now. from there you can start lifting heavier and do 5 to 8 reps, workout more intense, eat more and bulk up with time. also learn to static stretch properly and do it everyday for an hour for your whole body, if you are in this game seriously and wanna keep liftin injury free and heavier.

I did zinc (with selenium) mega dose for a while for muscle gains. Got that, but also made dick hardness gains for sure. Never felt it that hard.

Celery has a bunch of active compounds that help men be.manly. It sucks that it's associated with skinnyfat fad dieters and house wives when it's great for a lot of things for men. Just make sure to wash it, it has lots of pesticides used in it.
